DNA test kits are usually shipped within 48 business hours of receiving the order. Once you have returned the completed kit, results usually take about 3 weeks to process and deliver our report back to you electronically.

If your DNA has already been sequenced in a manner that contains sufficient information (23andMe or Ancestry including their optional Health factors), then the results are usually delivered within 48 business hours following your submission of the digital data. We provide step-by-step instructions and you might be surprised with how easy it is to download and upload a file.

We started over ten years with a single registered dietitian nutritionist and have since grown to over 20 employees thanks to our hard-working and creative staff.

Nothing. We believe everyone needs to have access to their body’s unique and wonderful design and we will not be using or selling your contact information for the purpose of marketing additional products.

The more expensive version of the Genetic Wellness and Genetic Performance tests includes the test kit used to collect a DNA sample. Upon receipt of your sample, the lab will then sequence your DNA and our report will be based upon the submitted sample of your DNA.

The less expensive version of the Genetic Wellness and Genetic Performance tests requires you to log in and download a file containing information on your DNA that has already been sequenced by a lab and contains enough information to be compatible with the traits we test.

You will then upload this file onto our secure portal and the information contained within the file will be used to generate your results. A list of the compatible tests is provided below:

- 23andMe Health + Ancestry (must include health traits)

- Ancestry.com with Traits

- Myheritage.com with an active subscription

No, there is no need to retake a DNA test. The sequence (letters) of your DNA will never change.

Yes. However, we recommend assisting anyone who would be considered a choking risk. Our non-invasive test involves rubbing a testing wand across the inside of your mouth cheek.

Likely – Our product testing is limited to health factors only and is considered to be a health service. An IRS ruling in 2019 as described in Section 213(d)(1)(a) appears to allow for DNA testing to be reimbursable so long as the test is sent to a lab and used to prevent potential health issues identified through DNA testing.

Yes! If you’ve completed a genetic test from a service such as 23AndMe you can use that data and skip the need to order our genetic test kit. Order the PDF only report at checkout! For further assistance please reach out to our team using our contact page.
